I am a registered performance nutritionist with experience working in the NHS and private healthcare, as well as within sports nutrition. With a focus on evidence-based practice and real food, I use nutrition to enhance performance in all areas of life, from general health and wellbeing to high-level sport and athletics. I am passionate about food - shopping for it, cooking it and eating it! And it is my pleasure to share with you the many ways that the right nutrition can help you to realise your potential.
My background in psychology has led me to value a holistic approach to goal setting with a focus on challenging mental barriers to progress, as well as nutritional strategy. It is my aim to equip clients with the toolkit they need to break down barriers and support their own health and performance with confidence in years to come.
